Custom & Personalized Products

All Gift Card Starz™ products are custom-made and personalized based on customer-provided information. Please review all names, spelling, photos, and details carefully before submitting your order.

 

Refunds on Cards

Refunds may be considered for custom cards only if the customer is not satisfied due to an error made by Gift Card Starz™. If approved, refunds apply to the card portion of the order only.

 

No Refunds on Gift Cards

Gift cards included with an order are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased or provided.

 

Design Policy

Design style, layout, colors, and artistic interpretation are at the discretion of Gift Card Starz™. Refunds will not be issued based solely on personal preference or dislike of a design. If a customer is unhappy with a design, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to improve satisfaction.
